What is your return policy?
All purchases may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt. We will assume that you received the shipment five (5) business days after the date the item was shipped. The items must be in original sale condition, must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of perfumes, colognes etc.
A refund will be made to the original payment method.
What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to make an exchange, return the item in accordance with our return policy and send us an email at support@batanballcreations.com with the order number and the item you would like in exchange for your return. After we receive your return, we will contact you regarding the exchange.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How do I return a purchase?
To request a return, send us an email at support@batanballcreations.com with the order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will then contact you with instructions to generate a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions.
Remove any existing labels from the original package to avoid shipping errors or delays.
When can I expect a refund?
It can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your refund. We will send an email acknowledging receipt and when the refund has been processed.
How do I return a gift?
You may return a gift via our return policy providing you have the specifics of the original purchase on the invoice such as the order number. The refund will be made to the original purchaser in accordance with our refund policy.
What if my items are received damaged, defective or incorrect?
Our products are shipped to you as we receive them from our supplier. If for any reason an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the item and send us the picture, a description of the damage, the circumstances of the damage and send us an email at support@batanballcreations.com.
How fast are orders processed?
All in-stock orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
After placing an order, can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to two hours after the order was placed. For example, an order placed at 2 pm can be cancelled before 4 pm.
What are the acceptable forms of payment?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Prices for all our items are listed in US Dollars.
What are your shipping methods and how long does it take?
Domestic orders ship via FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Services. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Please refer to our shipping policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you would like to place an international order, please send us an email at support@batanballcreations.com with the item number, size, color and your mailing address. We will contact you with shipping charges.
Where is my order?
For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email.
Can I include a gift receipt with my order?
All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return.
What if you’re out of my size?
If we do not have your size in stock, you can send an email to support@batanballcreations.com and we will send you an alert you when the size is back in stock. If you prefer not to send us your email address, please check back occasionally.
